Buying or selling between Nice and Menton means navigating French law, notaries and banks, often in a language that isn’t your own. That’s where I come in. Based in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, I’m an independent real estate advisor in the iad France network.

Before property, I spent years in financial consultancy and insurance, first as a consultant, then as a project manager and advisor to a CEO. Alongside that career, I began investing in real estate for myself. Today I own several residential and commercial properties, and I’ve managed their renovations and both short- and long-term rentals myself.

Being an investor myself, I look at every property the way you would: its potential, its true costs and its rental prospects. That helps me guide your choice, and I can connect you with trusted companies in the region for works, management and more. I speak English, French, Italian and Russian, and I work with trusted partner agencies in Monaco and Italy when your search crosses the border.
